  • Do You Only Offer Services to Real Estate Agents?
    No! Our business was created by Realtors for Realtors. However, we are always thankful for the opportunity of providing our services to any professional/small business that would like to work with us.
  • Do You Only Offer Subscription Services?
    Yes! Currently, we offer two type of subscriptions - monthly and annual membership plans with HUGE savings of up to 2-months free with annual memberships.
  • Do You Charge For Consultation?
    For your convenience, we offer two different consultation options. 1) Discovery Phone Call 2) Zoom or in-person Consultations Our FREE local in-person consultation areas span 30-minutes of Naples, Florida. However, we do offer a free 15-minutes discovery phone call or Zoom consultation.
  • What Are Your Business Hours?
    Our business hours are (EST): Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Closed Saturday, Sunday & Federal/Major Holidays
  • Which platforms do you post to?
    Currently, we auto-post to the business pages of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Thread, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • What if I don’t have a social media account?
    Not a problem! We can set one up for you. Based on your membership plan you could get your social media accounts set up FREE of cost. If not, social media account(s) setup, banner cover, and thumbnail/profile pics are available... Starting from $50.00 ea platform or up to 3 social accounts setup for $100.
  • Where does your content come from?
    Our content comes directly from our affilated real estate partner(s)... Such as National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Realtors, (KCM) Keeping Current Matters, and Bank Rate, etc. Our posts are designed to increase your business reach, educate potential customers, and drive engagement to your social media platforms and/or website.
  • Do you post to Stories & Reels?
    Yes! We alos auto post to your Facebook and Instagram Stories/Reels. Frequency is based on your chosen membership plan.
  • When do the posts and Stories/Reels come out?
    We auto post up to 12 times per month on your behalf, (Monday - Friday). - Posts are schedultd for delivery at 5 pm (EST) - Stories/Reels are scheduled for delivery at 12 noon (EST) If there's a holiday during that week, post(s) will be done the day before at 9am (EST)
  • Will you post to my personal page?
    In short, no. Facebook and Instagram do not allow third parties to post to personal social media pages.
  • Can I preview the posts before they get posted?
    Yes! 1) You will receive, via email, a social media content calendar on the 25th of every month with posts schedule dates and design topics. This is your only opportunity to request any changes. 3) If we do not reveive a reply confirmation from you by end of that same day, we will email you a final confirmation request. If still no confirmation email is received from you (for whatever reason) within 48-hrs of your calendar scheduling, we will add all completed/scheduled designs for that month to the auto post que. At this time NO revisions will be made.
  • Am I locked in a contract?
    Nope! While we hope that you are in love with our designs and service, we completely understand that life happens and at some point you may need to cancel your membership. *You are free to cancel at any time (a minimum notice of 24-hrs prior to your recurring billing date is requested). We calculate refunds (if any) based on any/all unused funds. However, no refunds will be issued for the week that cancellation request was received/confirmed by us. All, if any refunds will be calculated and issued on a pro-rated rate starting the week after your request was received/confirmed through your remaining membership term. See our terms and policy on refunds for further details. We will continue posting the week that we receive your request to cancel. Refund, if any will be issued and no furute posting will commence. All posting services and auto-billing will stop. We hope to design for you again, soon.
