Our content comes directly from our affilated real estate partner(s)... Such as National Association of Realtors (NAR), Florida Realtors, (KCM) Keeping Current Matters, and Bank Rate, etc.
Our posts are designed to increase your business reach, educate potential customers, and drive engagement to your social media platforms and/or website.
Absolutely! If you'd like to review and approve some or all of your social media designs before they're published, just let us know ahead of time. Our policy for clients who prefer prior approval is to email one week’s worth of content every Friday by 12 PM for the upcoming week.
If we don’t receive your approval within two hours, we’ll send a follow-up email as a final confirmation request. If there’s still no response, all completed designs for that week will be added to the auto-post queue as-is, and no further revisions will be made at that point - for whatever reason(s).
No worries! While we hope you love our designs and service, we completely understand that things change and you may need to cancel your membership at some point.
*You’re free to cancel anytime — we simply ask for at least 48- hours notice before your next billing date.
Refunds, if applicable, are calculated based on any unused portion of your membership. However, no refunds will be issued for the week your cancellation request is received and confirmed. Any eligible refund will be pro-rated, starting from the week after your cancellation request was confirmed, through the end of your current term (monthly/annually). We’ll continue posting content for the week your cancellation is processed. After that, posting services and auto-billing will stop. If a refund is due, it will be issued accordingly.
