We specialize in monthly and annual memberships because consistent marketing delivers the best results. However, we also offer flexible à la carte design projects and one-time services, including listing presentations, flipbooks, and Google Business Profile setup. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, we’ll guide you during your free consultation.
Absolutely! If you'd like to review and approve some or all of your social media designs before they're published, just let us know ahead of time. Our policy for clients who prefer prior approval is to email one week’s worth of content every Friday by 12 PM for the upcoming week.
If we don’t receive your approval within two hours, we’ll send a follow-up email as a final confirmation request. If there’s still no response, all completed designs for that week will be added to the auto-post queue as-is, and no further revisions will be made at that point - for whatever reason(s).
No worries! While we hope you love our designs and service, we completely understand that things change and you may need to cancel your membership at some point.
*You’re free to cancel anytime — we simply ask for at least 48- hours notice before your next billing date.
Refunds, if applicable, are calculated based on any unused portion of your membership. However, no refunds will be issued for the week your cancellation request is received and confirmed. Any eligible refund will be pro-rated, starting from the week after your cancellation request was confirmed, through the end of your current term (monthly/annually). Please refer to our terms and policy for complete details.
We’ll continue posting content for the week your cancellation is processed. After that, posting services and auto-billing will stop. If a refund is due, it will be issued accordingly.
