Every digital (instant download) and print purchase is non-refundable; as there is no way for us to tell whether you have printed and/or used the design. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to contact us anytime.

Please remember that colors may slightly vary if printed, due to monitor calibration settings, printout settings, and material type. All additional props such as stock photos, frames, items on display, and non-incorporated writing are just for illustrative purposes and are not included in any sale on our website.

Each subscription plan is tailored for single agents or teams of up to two agents. We understand teams grow, so for teams of three or more, we add a $50 per agent, per month fee. As a thank you for your commitment, we offer a 1% discount on annual subscriptions.

Rate starts at $75 per hour (min 3 hours per week - recurring billing). You may also review our "Premium social Media + Engagement" monthly subscription plan.
PRINT ORDER - SHIPPING

Our shipping speed service is economy delivery of 10 - 21 days.

We are not responsible for undelivered orders - whether from unforeseen weather, or incorrect address provided by you.

If your order was inadvertently delivered to the wrong address, and a mistake was made by our shipping carrier partner, we will contact our printing vendor and request a re-ship of the same order.

PAYMENT TERMS & REFUND POLICY
Custom Design & Website Design Projects

To confirm your project start date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is due upon receipt of the invoice.
-
Once half of the project is completed, the remaining balance will be invoiced and is due in full upon receipt. Work will pause and not resume until the final payment is received.
REFUND & CREDIT POLICY
Our policy is no refunds for any custom design work or website design/redesign projects
If a refund request is made after work has begun, we will make every effort to resolve the concern. However, full refunds are not available. As a final resolution, the following options may be offered (subject to review):

A store credit equal to the original payment amount, usable for any Kre8 Social service or product

A partial refund of 50% of your total payment
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to sales@Kre8Social.com
Refunds will not be issued if more than 50% of the project has been completed
CUSTOM SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES
We’ll gladly help you configure the best subscription plan for your needs and budget. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. Payment is due upon receipt to activate your design and posting schedule.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, a courtesy reminder will be sent. Projects will be paused until full payment is received. If payment is not made within 7 days, your membership will be automatically canceled unless prior arrangements have been made. You may reactivate your membership at any time — no reactivation fee applies.
SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Due to the advanced nature of our content scheduling process, no refunds will be issued for subscription payments — even if cancellation is requested immediately after payment.
Your content and posting schedule will continue through the remainder of the paid billing cycle, but your subscription will not renew unless reactivated.
RECURRING BILLING CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your monthly or annual plan at any time by:

Logging into your account, or
-
Emailing sales@Kre8Social.com at least two (2) business days before your scheduled payment date.
Cancellations received less than 2 business days before a scheduled payment, after business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM), on weekends, or on federal holidays cannot stop the upcoming charge.
If a refund is insisted upon after the charge is processed, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method per your bank or card processor’s timeline. No further services, designs, or posts will be delivered once a cancellation refund is issued.

À LA CARTE SERVICES: HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?

24-hrs Notice Required!! To get started, we will email you requesting the necessary information such as; MLS #s and address(es) for each of your listings. We will also need your headshot, brokerage logo, your logo (if applicable), and your contact info.
SOCIAL PLATFORMS LOGIN & PASSWORDS:
-
We will need the login credentials for each of your social media platforms per membership plan to post your design content.

*If you do not want to give us full access to the relative social media accounts, that's ok. We will design and email you all designed content(s) monthly for you to post yourself - at your leisure, however, the subscription fee will not be adjusted.
WHEN WILL THE DESIGN PROCESS BEGIN:

We strive to have a speedy turnaround and try our best to complete and post all designs within 24 hours after receiving all requested documents, photos, etc., and your final initial approval. However, our turn-around time is 2 - 3 business days after your brand file is completed - meaning that we've already received everything requested from you.
INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE:
Kre8 Social collects personal information when you register or contact us from our website. As a customer, we collect your name, address, email, your business website, telephone number, and uploaded documents. We may also collect names and addresses of which payments were made from/to. Kre8 Social uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill and improve your requests for products and services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting to/for internal and external clients.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Kre8 Social will not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies/vendors except to provide products and/or services you've requested after we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

We are required to respond to subpoenas, court orders, and all legal processes, to establish and/or exercise our legal rights to defend our business service against any legal claims.

We believe it is necessary to share information to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Kre8 Social terms of use, or otherwise required by law.

Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy services, technological platforms, or assets. In such transactions, visitor information is usually one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that Kre8 Social is acquired, or substantially all its assets are acquired, customer information will, of course, be one of the transferred assets.

Credit card information will never be disclosed by Kre8 Social. We strictly follow the conditions of use established by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal.
TERMS OF SERVICE, NOTICES, AND REVISIONS
If you choose to contact/visit Kre8 Social, your contact/visit and any dispute over privacy are subject to this Notice and our Privacy Terms & Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of Florida. If you have any concerns about privacy at Kre8 Social, please email us a thorough description of your concerns to sales@WebProRealtors.com, and we will immediately try to rectify your concern(s). Our business changes constantly. This Notice and the Privacy Terms & Conditions of Use will change also without notice. NEWSLETTERS
We send newsletters to you and will not sell your email address to 3rd parties. You may choose to opt out of the newsletter at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in each newsletter or by contacting us directly. By default, all contacts from our website are entered into our CRM and newsletter distribution list. If you would prefer not to be added to our email distribution list, please specify this in the body of your email or the contact form prior to submitting it to us.
COPYRIGHT
The digital images and transcripts of documents on Kre8 Social are the individual copyrights of Kre8 Social through our photo licenses with other providers. The index and all related website content are the copyright of Kre8 Social. Customers must own the rights to all logo(s), and photos sent to KRE8 SOCIAL for reuse.
In the event that Kre8 Social is presented with a lawsuit alleging copyright infringement or similar claims arising from the reuse of any images, logos, or other materials provided by a member client, you, the client, will be promptly notified in writing of such suit. Our retained attorneys will take appropriate legal action on our behalf, and you will be responsible for all associated legal expenses, including but not limited to attorney fees for our representation.
PERMITTED USE
Visitors to this website are granted permission to access the materials listed, to download and copy such material onto electronic, magnetic, optical, or similar storage media, and to make printed copies of any such downloaded material, provided that such activities and copies are for non-commercial use, private study or research.

By agreeing to work with and/or be partners with Kre8 Social, you the customer(s) agree that neither Kre8 Social nor any of its staff will be held liable should your website be compromised. Safety first! When using the internet be sure that your computer and internet connection is secured.

Valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Be sure to keep track of your e-gift card balance, terms, and expiration date. This card is the property of the issuer.

Your use of this e-gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms:
The dollar value of this e-gift card may be applied toward any service purchase made at Kre8Social.com. This gift card is not exchangeable for cash or replaced if lost or stolen.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & FEES:

Customer(s) will always be notified and are required to approve revisions as the project progresses. Customer(s) will be emailed a Project Completion sign-off agreement. Please be sure that you are completely satisfied before signing off on all projects. The project completion sign-off agreement form must be signed and emailed back to sales@Kre8Social.com no later than 7-days after the email sent date. Should you hesitate to sign and send back your agreement after receipt, we will consider your silence as approval, and that you are completely satisfied. Your file will be closed automatically. A file-closed email will be sent to the customer as a status update. No changes will take place once a project file is closed.

Any edits or website redesign that is requested after the 7-day receipt due date will be of separate charge(s). Customer(s) will be emailed an invoice detailing new project edits/additional add-ons and cost(s). Payment terms will apply to initiate a new project start date. New project edits, add-ons, or redesigns will not take effect until full payment is received.

If you, the customer(s) contact us with new requirements for a project that was not initially agreed upon or included in the prior estimate this/these new designs or revisions are subject to additional charges of $75/hr (min 2-hrs). A revised agreement that includes the additional revisions will be sent for your signature/approval and a new invoice for payment emailed to you.
